THE RANCH HOUSE ~ Home to three unique rooms and one suite. |

The Lake View Suite
Enjoy beautiful sunsets and afternoon breezes while you unwind on your private balcony overlooking the Blue Lake Ranch Estate. This suite is a wonderful retreat at any time of year, with beautiful views of the gardens and grounds. This second-story room has a king bed, gas fireplace, wet bar, separate living room, and large Jacuzzi tub.

The Garden Room
Relax on the chaise lounge in this spacious and private suite with king bed, fireplace, library, and antiques. A sunny porch, through French doors, enjoys the garden and a vignette of Blue Lake below. The large bath has a deep soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The La Plata Vista Room

The Mesa Verde Suite
One of the original Homestead bedrooms and tucked away on the 2nd floor, the Mesa Verde Suite, has a sunny travertine-tiled bath with whirlpool tub and shower on the first floor and a long narrow bedroom with sitting area upstairs. The king bed has views west towards Mesa Verde through 12 feet of dormer windows, and the sitting area has a single bed window seat. This suite is wonderful option for the budget minded traveler and comfortable for 1 to 3 guests.

The Mountain View Suite
Delight in the majestic mountain vistas from this two story suite with a large garden patio. On the first floor is the living room with Kiva gas fireplace, full kitchen, and full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and half bath and an adjoining room with two twin beds. Surrounded with private gardens and just a few steps from the dining room, the Mountain View Suite offers the ideal in convenience and comfort.

The Pinon Suite
Serenade your senses with the fragrance of flowers and a starry evening from this private garden cottage. This suite has a living room with a kitchenette with stovetop, freestanding fireplace, bedroom with king bed, and private bath.

The Cedar Casita
This Southwest-style Casita has a large living room with gas fireplace, a window seat that converts to a twin or king bed, and a wet bar. The bedroom with king bed has mountain views and a private patio. The sunny bath can be separated into two baths by a pocket door, one side having a whirlpool tub for two and the other a walk-in shower, making this Casita ideal for two to four guests. This Casita can be joined to the Oak Grove to accommodate four to eight guests.

Oak Grove Casita
This Southwest-style Casita has a large living room with gas fireplace, wet bar, and a sleeping alcove with twin bed bancos. The bedroom with king bed has mountain views and a private patio. The sunny bath can be separated into two baths by a pocket door, one side having a whirlpool tub for two and the other a walk-in shower, making this Casita ideal for two to four guests. This Casita can be joined to the Cedar Casita to accommodate up to eight guests.

The Sunrise Casita

Antique pine floors and hand hewn beam ceilings create a special Southwest ambiance in this accommodation. Upper Spring House
Enjoy wonderful mountain views from this luxurious second story accommodation. The Upper Spring House boasts two large bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two twin beds. Combined with two window seat beds in the spacious living room and the Upper Spring House can accommodate up to six guests. Two travertine tiled bathrooms that have a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub for two complete this luxurious suite.

Lower Spring House
This large first floor suite has two large bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two twin beds. The Lower Spring House also has a powder room, two window seat beds in the spacious living room, and a west facing covered portal. Combine with the Upper Spring House to sleep up to 12 guests.

The Cabin on the Lake
Offering the ultimate in privacy, the hand-hewn log cabin overlooks trout-filled Blue Lake and has dramatic mountain views from either the wrap-around deck or the living room with stone fireplace. The Cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and three baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and fireplace, the middle floor's cozy bedroom has a queen bed; and the ground floor bedroom has a private entrance with two queen beds. Comfortable for two to eight guests.

One mile from the Main Inn, on 80 acres and the banks of the tranquil La Plata River, this cozy homestead house has a living room with gas-burning fireplace, a cozy kitchen, and two small bedrooms, One bedroom has a queen bed and one has two twin beds and a Mexican tiled bath. This house is ideal for nature lovers and youngsters.
