The reservations staff at Blue Lake Ranch is available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily to assist you with reservations or any questions regarding activities or the surrounding area. You can also check availability online by clicking here. We do not accept reservations online. Please call our staff at 888-258-3525 to discuss your travel plans and they can help you choose the appropriate accommodations to suit your needs.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total lodging cost within 10 days of booking. If your plans change we will be happy to refund your deposit less a $30 handling fee per room provided we receive notice at least 30 days prior to your visit. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. Group reservations require a three night minimum stay and payment in full 60 days prior to arrival.
